Printed scale rulers - how to order:
Price: most pricing details are shown on the website, however if you'd like us to confirm a price with a written quote we're happy to do so.
Artwork: once you're happy with the final price you need to decide whether you'll be supplying the artwork or you'd like us to lay it out for you.
If you're supplying the artwork, you'll find the print areas shown on the relevant product page. We'd like the artwork as a vector eps file with all text saved as curves/outlines. Full colour images can be supplied as hi-resolution jpegs. We use pantone references for printing solid colours, our full colour process uses CMYK.
If you'd like us to put together a design for you, please let us know what information you'd like shown (eg Company logo, website, telephone number, strapline etc) and send your logo as a vector eps file (if this causes a problem, please let us know and we'll be happy to talk about other options).
Order confirmation: once we have your artwork we'll send an order acknowledgement and pdf visual for you to approve before we start printing. At this stage you are welcome to make as many changes as you like to the design without incurring any cost. If you're not an account customer, we'll also send a pro-forma invoice with the order acknowledgement. We accept credit cards, cheques and electronic transfers.
When you're happy with the design and have signed off the order acknowledgement and visual (and paid if a non-account customer) we will then schedule the job in with the printers. Our standard lead time is 2 weeks, but if you do need them sooner please let us know and we'll be happy to push it through quicker.
Once the order is delivered, we'll send a VAT invoice for your records.
