Artwork should ideally be supplied as a vector eps file for Illustrator CS2 or earlier. All text should be saved as outlines.
If this causes a problem, please let us know and we'll be happy to talk about other options. If needed we are happy to re-draw simple designs free of charge, however more complicated designs may incur an additional cost (subject to sight of design).
